The hopper is equipped with 1 nos. Vibrators, Brand : Oli, MVE 300/3.
1st Conveyor Dimensions: 800 x 8.000 mm.
2nd Conveyor Dimensions: 800 x 23.000 mm.
Motor Power of the Conveyors: 5.5 kW and 22 kW.
Electric Motor : 1500 rpm, GAMAK Brand.
Gearbox Brand: PGR, heavy duty type.
Chassis Material: Bended sheet metal – St-37, 5 mm.
Bearings: FAG or SKF Brand, Heavy duty type bearing housings are used.
Belt rubber: Quality EP 200, No of layers : 6, thickness : 14 mm, Origin: TURKEY.
Drums : Ø320 mm, 10 mm thickness, both drums are covered with rubber.
Conveyor is stationary, rotative type with tires.

Aggregate pre-feeding systems is alternative solution to the loading ramps which are necessary for
charging the hoppers by loaders. Using the aggregate pre-feeding conveyor in concrete batching
plants, makes unnecessary the use of loading ramp construction for loaders. Thus the jobsite infrastructure investment and also oil consumption for loaders are minimized. Pre-feeding systems can be used in all types of concrete plants.
